Diagram | Explanation |
---|---|
A = Off delay : Control input S ON activates output R. R is OFF delay (t) after de-energizing of S. This function requires auxiliary voltage between A1 - A2 (except for example types CNR, C64, C84). |
B = Blinker, pulse start : Control input S ON activates output R periodically; t = tON = tOFF R is immediately OFF when S is de-energized. |
B1 = Blinker, pulse start, trailing pulse : Control input S ON activates output R periodically; starting with pause; t = tON = tOFF. The impulse stop is not dependent on S. This function requires auxiliary voltage between A1 - A2. |
B2 = Blinker, interval start : Control input S ON activates output R periodically; starting with pause; t = tON = tOFF The impulse is stopped immediately by de-energizing of S. |
CE = Preset counting, Q active after n counting pulses : Q is active after reaching the pre selected number of pulses. Q and C can be reset with the reset button. |
CI = Preset counting, Q active for t after n counting pulses : Q is active for t 75…125ms on the preselected pulse. The cycle starts again at the beginning. Q and C can be reset with the reset button. |
CK = Preset counting, Q active for n counting pulses : Q is active during the preselected number of pulses and can only be reactivated after a reset. Q and C can be reset with the reset button. |
E = On delay : Control input S ON activates output R delayed (t). R is immediately OFF when S is de-energized. |
E4 = Off delay : After closing triggering contact S the N/O-contacts of the output relays R1 to R4 close as follows: R1 after 1x t, R2 after 2x t, R3 after 3x t and R4 after 4x t. After opening S the closed contacts R1 to R4 immediately release to the N/O-position. |
EA4 = On and Off delay : After closing triggering contact S the N/O-contacts of the output relays R1 to R4 close as follows: R1 after 1x t, R2 after 2x t, R3 after 3x t and R4 after 4x t. After opening S the closed contacts R1 to R4 release in delayed reverse sequence from 1x t to 4x t to the N/O-position. |
F = On and off delay : Control input S ON activates output R delayed (t1). R is delay OFF (t2) after de-energizing of S (function E + A). |
G = On delay single shot : Control input S ON activates output R delay (t1) for the time t2. The cycles t1 and t2 are not dependent on S. |
H = On delay single shot : Control input S ON activates output R delay (t1) for the time t2. R is OFF immediately after de-energizing of S. |
I = Repeat cycle timer, pulse start : Control input S ON activates output R periodically. Pulse (t1) and Pause (t2) are independently adjustable from each other. R is OFF immediately after de-energizing of S. |
K = Pulse shaping : Control input S ON activates output R for the time t. The Impulse is independent of S. |
L = Pulse shaping with retrigger function : Control input S ON activates output R for the time t. The time cycle is restarted with a new control input on S (time rest). S continuous ON has no effect on R. |
LS = Step-on step-off, with time lapse : Control input S ON activates output R for the time t. R is switched off immediately when a new control input is applied to S. S continuous ON has no effect on R. |
M = Pulse shaping : Output R is activated for time t with control input S OFF. The time cycle is independent of S. |
N = One shot trailing edge : Output R is activated for time t with control input S OFF. R is switched off immediately when a new control input is applied to S. |
P = Repeat cycle timer, interval start : Energizing of S ON activates output R periodically; starting with pause. Pause (t1) and Pulse (t2) are independently adjustable of each other. R is OFF immediately with S OFF. Remark: Allocations of t1 / t2 are solved differently for units of type C50. |
Q = One shot leading and trailing edge : Control input S ON activates output R for the time t. R is activated for the time t2 with control input S OFF. Times t1 and t2 are independently adjustable of each other. |
S = Step-on step-off : With S ON the output R switches, that means depending to the previous status ON or OFF. Je nach Gerät ist der Ausgangszustand netzausfallsicher gespeichert (z.B. AS1), oder aber der Ausgangszustand wird mit Netz aus zurückgesetzt (z.B. AL). SS = Step-on step-off ( not power failure protected ) : With S ON the output R switches ON. With S ON again, the output R switches OFF. With suppy voltage OFF, reset and R switch OFF. |
SK = Step-n step-off with one shot leading edge : With S ON the output R switches. With S ON again before time release R switches immediately. With line OFF the function is reset. |
U = Pulse sequence monitoring : With monitoring clearance by S1 (Y1) i.e. without start cycle bridging, R is activated with the first correct input cycle. With monitoring clearance by S2 (Y2) i.e. with start cycle bridging (tA), R is activated immediately. R is deactivated after the time delay tV if the pulse cycle is to long. R is deactivated for at least 50ms if a failure is detected: R is activated again with the next recognized correct pulse cycle. Application note: This function monitors pulses for correct timing. It is possible to monitor minimum speeds and motion cycles. V = Pulse sequence monitoring : With monitoring clearance by S1 (Y1) i.e. without start cycle bridging, R is activated with the first correct impulse. With monitoring clearance by S2 (Y2) i.e. with start cycle bridging (tA), R is activated immediately. R is deactivated after the time delay tV if the pulse cycle is too long. R is deactivated for at least 50ms if a failure is detected: R is activated again with the next recognized correct pulse. Application note: This function monitors pulses for correct timing. It is possible to monitor minimum speeds and motion cycles. |
W = One shot leading edge : Control input S ON activates output R for the time t. |
X1 = Restart delay : Control input S ON (= operating voltage) activates output R immediately. R is OFF immediately with S OFF. R is reactivated only after the time t if S is ON before the set time cycle has expired. |
Y = Star-delta timer : Control input S ON activates output R Star for the time t. After the dead interval t Star - Delta (contactor switch over time), the output R Delta is activated. The control input is made via A1 - A2. Important note: Outputs R Star and R Delta are internally interlocked. |
